Sales of existing, single-family detached homes in California totaled a seasonally adjusted 400,000 units in March. That’s according to the California Association of Realtors.
Home sales were down two percent in February and down 6% from home sales in March 2018.
But after hitting the lowest level in 12 months in February 2019, the statewide median home price bounced back. They reached the highest point since October 2018.
California’s statewide median home price rose six percent to $566,000 in March.
