The Sacramento home sales market has gone into winter hibernation, according to new data from Core Logic. And there is an uneasiness about whether the market will return to its previous strength in the Spring.
The median price for a home sold in Sacramento County in October 2018 dropped $14-thousand dollars from September- now sitting at $350,000.
That marks the 5th month in a row where median home sale prices were lower than the year before.
But what is the forecast for a renewed vigor in the spring?
Will the market remain solid for the next year, continuing the good times that Sacramento shoppers saw this past spring?
Back in June 2018, buyers were competing for homes amid record prices.
