After a strong run, home improvement and repair activity is going to slow considerably by the end of 2019. That is according to the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University.
The Harvard center tracks the movement of the home improvement market across the United States.
Their report projected that spending on renovations and repairs will shrink by two and one-half percent in 2019.
Still… Improvements and repair spending will be considerable. That is because homeowners are expected to shell out $350 billion to update their homes.
